    As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Kelly works passionately with individuals, couples and families, to address conflict and relationship interruptions that lead to anxiety, depression, dissatisfaction, and frustrations. She believes that people are wired for connection and that when hurt, shame, and miscommunication show up in relationship, we all use protective measures which keep relationships broken. Together with clients, she will work to address core individual issues that impact family or relationship functioning and find ways to heal the hurts and return to healthy connection.

    Kelly began her career working with adolescents in residential treatment for mental illness, trauma, and suicide. She has been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She loves working with teens and has a gift for drawing out the unique and beautiful qualities of each person through an individualized, empathetic, and direct approach that provides safety and accountability.

    As an optimist about relationships, Kelly also works with couples, both dating and married, to address the interruptions in connection that can lead to feeling alone in relationships. She is certified in Prepare and Enrich, equipped to provide premarital counseling, and has been trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
