Carmen S. Franzmeier, MA

Carmen has an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and works with individuals (ages 13 and up), couples, families, and groups. She has experience working with children and adolescents in crisis, and helps them overcome behavioral struggles and adjust to difficult life transitions. Additionally, she has experience in depression and anxiety, family conflict, parenting, and blended families.

Carmen works with individuals and families affected by addiction. Alcohol and drug addiction affects each member of the family, often leading to a family in chaos. She will help you to regain balance in your family through education about the disease of addiction, rebuilding trust, establishing boundaries, and increasing individual self-esteem.

She develops a relationship with each client built on trust and mutual respect, and establishes a safe therapeutic environment that empowers each person to uncover their true potential and live a happier, more satisfying life.
